Honeymoon in Tahoe

Eric and I were blessed by his parents and by a few special people to go to South Lake Tahoe for our Honeymoon. It was beautiful and amazing. The first night we were there it snowed! The second day it rained. But it was AWESOME!! We went on a cruise ship to Emerald Bay and saw a neat little castle called Vikingsholm! We went on a couple fun hikes!

I (Jen) learned how to play Craps and Blackjack! I was pretty stoked once I learned and it was fun!! We had such a fun time. We didn't pack our week there with much but spending time together! We walked everywhere and it was beautiful!! We found a little cafe to have breakfast at called the Driftwood Cafe and the servers got to know us a little and it was so cool! So if you ever get the chance check it out its across from the grocery store there and they were the nicest people and it was amazing food and service!
We dressed up and had a nice dinner and it was pretty awesome! Had some amazing twisty macaroni and cheese from Hard Rock at the hotel where we stayed at, Harveys.

We took naps and even went and watch a movie at their little theater. Seriously though! Best quiet, sweet, restful week ever!! We are so grateful we got to go there and spend time together just us! Not worrying about work, house chores, gas, grocery shopping, phone calls to do this or that, it was just us spending time with each other enjoying our time there and everything South Lake Tahoe had to offer and we LOVED it! We look forward to going back again for our Anniversaries to come!
